Account Executive

Location

This position is based in our Foxboro, MA Office.

Key responsibilities

The Account Executive(AE) serves as the primary first level business contact for the client and is responsible for generating New Revenue from Existing Accounts, as well as Account Retention. The Account Executive is Responsible for Building and Managing Relationships with Clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. In addition to working with Existing Accounts the AE is expected to uncover and communicate Opportunities for New Accounts to the appropriate Sales Resource.

Primary Duties

  • Responsible for Existing Client Communications and Resolution of Issues
  • Responsible for Communicating BrokerSuite Capabilities and Updates to Clients
  • Responsible for Increasing Revenue within Client Base through Addition of Services
  • Review and Manage all Renewal Activities including Required Pricing Adjustments
  • Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  • Identifies Opportunities for New Client Acquisition and Communicates to Appropriate New Sales Team Member
  • Responsible for New Client On boarding within Territory
  • Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  • Keeps Lead Data Base Current with Opportunities and Prospects
  • Reports on a Monthly Basis on Activity within Client Base

Qualifications

  • Proven Client Relationship Management and Selling Skills
  • Minimum 1 year of Employee Benefits Sales or Service Background
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
