Total Census is designed to simplify and organize benefit selection, census tracking and benefit administration. Total Census allows employees to select available benefit plans during open enrollment and view a one page benefit summary statement of elected benefits throughout the year. Employers are able to track and update each employee’s benefit selections throughout the year using an employee census database and reporting module.
