TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS

For the Agency

Since BrokerSuite is a full-service company you require no technology for our services.  However you will probably want to use a web browser to view your Benefit Portals and something like Microsoft Excel to work on or view the portal setup information or census information in some of our advanced modules.

For your Customer

In order to use the Benefit Portals your customer must have an internet connection that allows for secure SSL communication. Also they should use a modern web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x.  We also require that you have JavaScript enabled (default on most browsers).  That’s it!
