BrokerSuite's Enrollment Tool Provides Ongoing Census Tracking
Employee censuses are always changing. Your clients need a way to track which benefits employees have for various HR functions and billing reconciliation. You also need this information. Sometimes, frustrated clients will contact you needing you to spend additional time helping them track down which employee has which benefit, etc. If you don't have the information handy you need to scramble or risk looking disorganized.

What many BrokerSuite customers have learned is that they and their clients can leverage our online enrollment module to manage their census even for clients that don't need an employee online enrollment portal. This tool has tremendous benefits for you and your client and best of all it is INCLUDED with the enrollment module.

What this means to you. . .

Q: How do I get Census tracking?
A: Census tracking is provided through the administrative component of the Online Enrollment module. Through this secure, web-based interface you or your client can access an up-to-date census report 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition you or your client can add and modify employee information and use this component as an ongoing employee census tracking tool.

Q: Isn't online enrollment only for my largest clients?
A: The BrokerSuite Enrollment Module is so simple to implement that many of our customers are choosing it for their entire book of business. For the larger clients, the online self-service module allows employees to enroll in plans directly from the Benefit Site. For the smaller clients, you and HR will enjoy the ability to easily maintain your own census tracking database even if you don't use the self-service portal for employees.

What if I want customer reports or interfaces directly with the carriers or payroll companies?
