HOW CAN I SHOW MY CLIENTS A DEMONSTRATION OF THE SYSTEM?
As part of your BrokerSuite Account, you will receive a custom-branded demonstration site and custom-branded brochures.

DO I NEED TO BE A COMPUTER PROGRAMER TO USE BROKERSUITE?
No, BrokerSuite manages all work associated with building, creating and maintaining your client employee benefit websites.

WHAT IS THE SETUP PROCESS?
In order to sign you up we require your first payment and the information included in the sign-up form. Once you have subscribed to BrokerSuite, we will schedule a free orientation session in which you are trained on how to position, market and distribute employee benefit websites. NOTE - you won't need training on building websites - we do that for you!

IS THERE A SETUP FEE?
There is no setup fee for your account. In fact, your sign-up includes free setup assistance and marketing materials to help you represent the services to your clients, branded as your own offering.

WHO HOSTS MY CLIENT BENEFIT SITES?
BrokerSuite provides all hosting and administrative services. We provide daily backups, security and system administration at no additional cost.

DO YOU HAVE SETUP FORMS FOR CLIENTS?
We will provide you with setup forms and service documentation to provide to your clients. Using our simple forms the client can email or fax you the information necessary to set up the site. In some cases you may need to talk with other benefits agents working with your client, for example a third-party life insurance agent. However, the forms we provide you will help you and your client obtain the necessary information.

DO YOU HAVE A SECTION FOR A WELLNESS PROGRAM?
The BrokerSuite Benefits tools are flexible enough to cover most benefits types and categories, including Wellness programs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE TO A BENEFIT SITE IN 6 MONTHS (or any time, including renewals)?
As part of the service we will make changes at your request for any site you have paid service fees for in that time period. As per usual, the changes must fall within your service agreement and you provide us with the information and materials necessary to make the change.
